In order to deliver Our Strategy we are putting together three working groups focused on the key areas of:
- Competitions
- Training
- Centres
We need volunteers to take part in these working groups and to help us deliver our goals by taking on some of the work involved. Each working group has a Lead role that we are also recruiting for (this could be shared jointly between two people if desired).
You do not need to be a member of the PC Polocrosse Committee or a Polocrosse Area Coordinator to take on the Lead roles or to join these groups. However, there will be an expectation that you get involved and help deliver the aims of the group. It is definitely not the case that all work should be left to the Lead of each group.
All these roles and groups will be supported by PC Office, PC Polocrosse Committee and PC Coordinators group
